Privacyverklaring Bypoint RadarGuard Pro App

Deze privacyverklaring is van toepassing op de Bypoint RadarGuard Pro app, ontwikkeld en aangeboden door Bypoint, handelsnaam van FieConn B.V., gevestigd te Assen, Nederland.

Bypoint verwerkt persoonsgegevens uitsluitend voor het leveren, ondersteunen en beveiligen van haar producten en diensten, conform de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). Persoonsgegevens die kunnen worden verwerkt zijn onder andere accountgegevens, apparaatgegevens, locatiegegevens (indien geactiveerd), sensor- en productgegevens en gegevens van contactpersonen die door de gebruiker zelf zijn toegevoegd.

Gegevens worden alleen gebruikt voor functionele doeleinden zoals detectie, meldingen, accountbeheer, productverbetering en wettelijke verplichtingen. Gegevens worden niet verkocht en niet gebruikt voor advertentietracking.

Gebruikers hebben recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering en beperking van verwerking. Verzoeken kunnen worden ingediend via contact@bypoint.nl.

This privacy policy applies to the Bypoint RadarGuard Pro app, developed and operated by Bypoint, trade name of FieConn B.V., based in the Netherlands.

Bypoint processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing, supporting and securing its products and services, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Processed data may include account data, device data, location data (if enabled), sensor and product data, and contact persons added by the user. 

Data is used only for functional purposes such as detection, notifications, account management, product improvement and legal obligations. Data is not sold and is not used for advertising tracking.

Users have the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict processing of their personal data. Requests can be submitted via contact@bypoint.nl.
