The Bypoint comes with a statutory 12-month warranty. The battery and accessories we sell have a 3-month warranty. This warranty applies to normal use; damage caused by your own actions or those of others is never covered by the warranty.
If you have any problems with a product, please contact our customer service. Send an email to customerservice@bypoint.nl Please contact us with your question, and we'll try to help you as quickly as possible. Our customer service team will always try to perform the most accurate remote analysis possible to resolve the issue for you. If this isn't possible, you can return the product in protective packaging with a note stating your name, address, telephone number, and email address to:
