Installing and activating Bypoint
1. Activating license
Purchased in the store?
Go to www.bypoint.nl/product/license (translate the page below) and purchase a license for 1, 2 or 4 years. An account will be created.
Purchased online?
Create an account.
2. Connecting Bypoint
Follow this step online
Go to www.bypoint.nl/my-account. In the dashboard, click the orange button: “pair”.
Enter the product code (on the back of the Bypoint or at the bottom of the package) and fill in the remaining fields.
3. Switching on
Follow this step online
After pairing, you can turn on the Bypoint for the first time. To do this, follow the steps in the dashboard.
Make sure the battery is sufficiently charged (at least 4 hours).
4. Installing language
Follow this step online
Install updates if necessary through the dashboard. You do this through the steps indicated.
Note: the first time you switch on, it is necessary for the language to be installed (only once).
5. Contacts
Follow this step online
Set up your contact via “contacts” in the dashboard. Follow the steps.
Contacts will receive a text message in order when a fall is detected.
6. Attachment
Screw the Bypoint with two brackets upright to the seat tube on the bicycle, with the speaker at the bottom:
