Description

Your lifesaver: the Bypoint fall detection system. The Bypoint sends a message to three emergency contacts when you fall by bike. This is done via SMS, which includes your exact location. So you can always count on help, even if you don't know your exact location. If you fall while cycling, it is immediately measured by the Bypoint. If you don't press the physical button within 1 minute, an SMS is sent to three preset contacts with your exact location. Are the injuries not that bad? Then press the button and the alarm is canceled.

Specifications

The brackets are made of the same material as the Bypoint system (ABS plastic) and are black. The dimensions of the brackets are 3.5cm long and 1cm wide.

The screws are special self-tapping screws that can only be used for plastics. We supply the black screws in the following sizes:

  • 4x Phillips screws size 3×12 mm (narrow frames)
  • 4x Phillips screws size 3×20 mm (thicker frames)

Activate Find My Bypoint if your bike is stolen. You do this in your account on our website. Go to your account, click on Find My Bypoint and go through the steps. After you indicate that your bike has been stolen, the Bypoint will give a ping and you'll see the last recorded location/ride, which may be the location of your stolen bike.

If you order the Bypoint in the web shop you will get it delivered by your chosen shipping courier. The Bypoint is packed in a product packaging and shipping box, so it is well protected. When you order, you will receive the following:

You easily attach the product to your bike with the included two mounting brackets and screws. We have included screws in sizes 12 and 20 mm, so you can figure out which size is most suitable for your bike frame.

Not right away, but quickly. Once you receive your Bypoint you need to go through the activation process. Make sure your emergency contacts are verified, your product is charged and properly attached to the frame. After that, you're good to go on the road with Bypoint!

You certainly can, but the product is dust- and splash-proof (IP65).

Bypoint Active enables communication to be established. This is because the product contains a SIM card that always searches for the strongest network. This eliminates the need to pair a phone or app. Finally, the Find My Bypoint feature only works if you have purchased a Bypoint Active license.

This is possible but not recommended. The built-in antenna should always have good range. In addition, the push button and charging connector is easily accessible in the indicated position.
