Ordering and delivery

You can order a Bypoint product or a Bypoint Active license in the following ways:

In our webshop

When you order a product through our webshop, you fill in the required details. You can pay the purchase amount directly via Ideal, Credit Card, Visa or Sepa. You will receive your purchase invoice by e-mail. Are you buying or renewing a Bypoint Active license via our webshop? Then you will receive instructions by e-mail to add the new license to your product.

Once we receive your order, your product will be shipped to you via your chosen shipping courier. You can choose from PostNL, DHL and DPD. Place your order on weekdays before 15:00 and we will ship it the same day. Depending on the chosen shipping courier, your order will be delivered to your home within 2 business days after confirmation.

Once you get the product you just need to activate it in your account, get it up, assemble it and then you can feel free to go on your way with Bypoint!

At a reseller

If you purchase the Bypoint fall detection system from one of our in-store resellers, you can have a store employee attach the system to your bike. Please note, you still need to purchase a subscription. To do this, go to bypoint.co.uk/license. Have your activation code (in the product package) ready. Go through the activation process and wait until all contacts are verified. The system is ready for use once all steps have been successfully completed!
